Project Details

The existing site on Heigham Street was showing signs of its age and it was decided to build a new showroom on Barker Street just around the corner. The works involved a completely new Mechanical and Electrical installation which comprised of the following:-

Detailed M&E design
General and Emergency Lighting
Specialist lighting for the Showroom Area
External lighting to façade and rear car park
General purpose power
Specialist power for workshop equipment
New incoming supplies
Switchgear & containment
Sound systemAir conditioning

Ventilation
Hot and cold water supplies
Heating installation
Above ground drainage
Ambi-rad radiant tube heating to workshop
Supply and installation of Sanitary ware
